PERIPHERAL SMEAR (P/S)(40)

PERIPHERAL SMEAR (P/S):-

 Normochromic smear shows mild anisopoikilocytosis and polychromasia. Few microcytes, spur cells and occasional shistocytes and fragmented RBC's seen. Total count is raised. There is neutrophila with 14% band forms with toxic granulations. Platelets are adequate in the smear. No haemoparasite seen.
