Smears show against background of RBC's clumps of foamy histiocytes having irregular eccentric nuclei and foamy cytoplasm. Occasional cell shows enlarged irregular nuclei and scanty cytoplasm. Numerous polymorphs are scattered in the smear. Infected cystic lesion showing suspicious cells.
