G.I.T(1232)########## Barium suspension was administered per orally & th esophagus, stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum & ileo caecal junction were scanned fluoroscopicallyand multiple films were taken with proper positioning & compression as needed. Stomach is well outlined with no evidence of filling defect/significant irregularity. Duodenal cap & C loop are normal in outline. Note is made of persistent narrowing at the distal ileal region with significant dilatation of the loops proximal to it. Narrowing is also noted in few other loops. There is irregularity of the caecum, however, it is normal in position. IMPRESSION: DISTAL ILEAL NARROWING WITH DILATED LOOPS PROXIMAL TO IT.CAECAL IRREGULARITY. THE ABOVE FINDINGS SUGGEST POSSIBILITY OF KOCH'S. FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS ARE ADVISED. Please correlate clinically & with other ivestigations.
